Leaves, needles, roof grit, and sludge removed by hand and bagged. We flush downspouts and send photos so you can see the work from the ground.
Downspout Clearing
Clogged downspouts are cleared from top to bottom. If a buried drain is the real issue, we tell you instead of pretending the gutter cleaning fixed it.
Minor Gutter Repairs
Loose hangers, separated seams, small leaks, and low spots fixed when possible during the same visit. Larger repairs get a written quote.
Gutter Guard Installation
Mesh guards installed on homes that are a good fit. We will also tell you when guards are not worth the money for your roofline.
Roof Valley Clearing
Needles and debris cleared from problem roof valleys before they wash into the gutter during the next Portland rain.
Seasonal Maintenance
Spring and fall cleanings scheduled before the heavy rain months. Helpful for homes under firs, maples, and older neighborhood trees.
